Red Rock Resorts switches CFOs; Marc Falcone resigns, replaced by Stephen Cootey

Marc Falcone, chief financial officer of Red Rock Resorts, Inc., resigned Thursday, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The parent company of Station Casinos said Falcone, whose resignation is effective May 31, will be replaced by Stephen Cootey. Falcone will provide consulting services to Station Casinos over the next 12 months, according to the 8K filing.

Cootey joined Station Casinos in March. He was previously CFO at Wynn Resorts, a position he held for three years. He has also held executive positions with Las Vegas Sands Corp. and was a Wall Street research analyst.

Falcone had been with Station Casinos since 2009.
