In a tense pre-election atmosphere in Italy, two Italian casinos are facing a crucial time.

After exhausting negotiations, the Venice Casino has finally reached an agreement on a new labour contract, which will replace the unilateral regulation that came into force on July 1st. There are other casinos studying these situations in depth before taking up positions, but it is not certain what is best between choosing to agree to worker demands, forging a new negotiation or remaining in conflict.
