Gaming solutions provider AGS announced yesterday that former Scientific Games Vice President of Game Sales Adam Whitehurst is joining the company as Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
Whitehurst has more than two decades of experience in Gaming, where he led sales teams to high levels of performance, successfully integrated sales teams after mergers and acquisitions, negotiated complex, multi-year, enterprise-wide deals, and established a strong track record of customer success and building high-performance teams.

Prior to his time at Scientific, Whitehurst served with Bally Technologies as VP of Games Sales for the Central Region, a position which ended when Bally was acquired by Scientific Games.
Whitehurst holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
