California: Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs to reopen Friday Alex Groves, The Press-Enterprise · May 21, 2020 at 8:53 pm The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians announced Wednesday, May 20, that it will reopen both Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage and Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs at noon on Friday, May 22, via an announcement posted to both the casinos’ websites. When the casinos reopen, they will have centralized entrance areas where guests will be screened and have their temperatures checked. All guests and team members will be required to wear face coverings throughout the casino and will have to keep a minimum of six feet of distance from one another. The number of chairs at table games will be reduced to help ensure distancing. The announcement says that “increased and enhanced” cleaning will be done on all touch point areas such as restrooms, counter tops, slot machines and door handles.
