California: Eagle Mountain implements no smoking policy The Porterville Recorder · July 10, 2020 at 4:02 am Eagle Mountain Casino has implemented a new no-smoking policy. Casino officials said the policy is temporary but is for the safety of guests and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with not allowing smoking in the casino, Eagle Mountain stated face masks are still required in the casino as well. Officials state eliminating smoking increases the time people can have their faces covered.
