As a loyal customer, Galaris has a host who comps her meals, rooms and even concert tickets, she said. “I really like their customer service,” Galaris said. “I like the host. I just like the way they treat their customers.” Galaris, a 46-year-old office manager, said she was bummed to miss out on the Hall & Oates performance at the casino which was canceled because of COVID-19 concerns. But she appreciated that the gaming facility was one of the first in the area to close, because it showed care for its guests and employees. “Being in a casino is the worst place you could be in, during this time, because there’s so many people,” she said.
