Eldorado management has expressed skepticism about overseas ventures, leaving the fate of Caesars’ $700 million resort under construction in Korea uncertain. It’s up to Caesars and Eldorado management to decide if the project makes sense for the merged company, but there’s no question that keeping Caesars present in the region would be good for Asian gaming. The current Caesars is the combination of two of the most venerable and venerated names in gaming, Caesars and Harrah’s.
