MotorCity Casino Hotel, Greektown Casino-Hotel and MGM Grand Detroit made $974.3 million in revenue in the first eight months of 2018. Monthly revenue of $119.8 million for August was a slight 0.5 percent dip from the same month last year, the Michigan Gaming Control Board said in a news release. MGM saw the biggest increase in monthly revenue, 0.7 percent to $53 million, over last August; MotorCity reported a 0.4 percent rise to $40 million. Meanwhile, Greektown’s revenue fell 4.2 percent to $426.8 million.
