Gary Platt CEO Joe Esposito said, “Masks continue to be an essential element in the fight against COVID-19 and Gary Platt is happy to do our part to help our community.”

This spring, Gary Platt dedicated part of its facility to making face masks to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Since that time, the company has donated masks to several charitable organizations, collaborated with Choctaw Native artist Derek Grant “D.G.” Smalling to create a new mask that Smalling has named “Spread Love,” and provided masks to companies and individuals across the United States.

Gary Platt’s flat and pleated masks are 100 percent cotton, washable, and reusable. Additionally, the Spread Love mask is available and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Community Foundation of Western Nevada’s COVID-19 Relief Fund.
