To mark the grand opening of the new Hard Rock Café Hollywood and its adjacent casino expansion, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will host a celebratory guitar smash on Tuesday, November 27 at 11 AM.
The Hard Rock Café and the casino expansion are the first completed areas of Seminole Hard Rock’s $1.5 billion expansion to open for business.
The new 10,000 square foot café will be a model for the Hard Rock’s brand redesign and its new, modernized kitchen offerings, which include an open kitchen concept, a new, 7-foot artisanal brick pizza oven, and a meat grind room where the café’s new steak burgers will be made throughout the day.
The new Café is highlighted by a triangular-shaped island bar and a central stage within view of all tables.
The cafe’s Rock Shop has also been redesigned.
The café’s relocation and renovation complements the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s overall expansion, which is expected to open in fall 2019.
Seminole Tribe of Florida Chairman Marcellus Osceola, Jr., Hard Rock International Chairman Jim Allen and Hard Rock President of Café Operations Stephen K. Judge will be on hand for the ceremony and for interview opportunities.
