Executive Vice President and General Manager Brian Carr, who led the Bethlehem casino since mid-2017 and during its sale to Wind Creek, left the organization Monday. Kathy McCracken, the property’s executive vice president of marketing and operations, was elevated to the casino’s top post. Wind Creek, which manages casinos owned by Alabama’s Poarch Band of Creek Indians, provided no reason for Carr’s departure in a news release Monday. The casino declined to answer a follow-up question Tuesday about why the switch was made.
