Operators, lotteries, affiliates, and suppliers — including platform, content, and payment-services suppliers —working in any U.S. or Canadian market are eligible to enter the 26 awards categories. The nomination period runs until August 26, 2021, with the shortlists and winners to be decided by an independent panel of expert judges. Rasmus Sojmark, founder and CEO of SBC, said: “The growth of the legal sports betting and igaming industry in North America over the past three years has been a true business phenomenon, and it is time to honor the achievements of the companies driving that success. From the long-established brands that have embraced mobile gambling to the most innovative start-ups, the SBC Awards North America will celebrate the best the industry has to offer.” SBC Awards North America is one of three industry awards shows that SBC has scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.
