Gaming Arts, which got its start in bingo and keno technology, is moving into electronic gaming machine development. However, Gaming Arts CEO David Colvin said the transaction allows the company to build its Nevada customer base “as the foremost supplier of bingo and keno technology, solutions, and supplies.”

Under the agreement, Gaming Arts acquired all the assets of Las Vegas Bingo Supply, including its product inventory, equipment, and customer relationships.

As part of the deal, Gaming Arts will also assume Las Vegas Bingo Supply’s role as an authorized Nevada distributor for Arrow International, Inc., a manufacturer of charitable and social gaming products.

Terms of the transaction between the two privately-held companies were not disclosed.

“As the exclusive distributor for Arrow, we will also be able to meet the needs of our existing customers more effectively as the edge-to-edge supplier of everything related to bingo and keno,” Colvin said. “This is another milestone in our company’s growth.”

Las Vegas Bingo Supply, Inc. was established in 2003 and incorporated in Nevada.
