And now William “Bill” Gideon will bring his culinary prowess to Live Casino & Hotel as the property’s executive chef. Gideon, 55, took over the responsibility in June from Chef Edward Evans, who has taken on corporate responsibilities at the casino and hotel. Gideon, who was born in San Francisco but raised in Hannibal, Missouri, said he is thrilled to join the culinary team there. Gideon has 40 years of experience across properties such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the Coral Beach and Tennis Club in Paget, Bermuda and, most recently, the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa in Calvert County.
