And when they do reopen, the casinos are exploring measures to mitigate an expected drop in the number of visitors — including the potential to open fewer days each week. The commissioners, meanwhile, unanimously voted push back a potential reopening date for the casinos to at least June 1. But the vote was largely a formality given that guidance from Gov. Charlie Baker is not yet public.
