MaximBet Tuesday announced it has selected Global Payments Gaming Solutions to provide a funding solution for its platform. Global Payments’ igaming solutions will help MaximBet patrons use their smart devices to securely fund their online gaming accounts and access winnings in real-time.
MaximBet, launched in September 2021, is owned by the privately held licensed sports betting and casino operator Carousel Group.
“Igaming is one of the fastest growing segments of the gaming industry, and as more states green light online sports betting consumers demand a fast, secure and easy way to begin playing,” said Carousel Group Head of Payments, Risk & Fraud, Andrei Dinescu in a statement. “Global Payments Gaming’s suite of igaming products provides the excellent user experience that our customers demand with the security and compliance needed to run a profitable online sports book.”
Through Global Payments’ VIP Preferred e-check network, MaximBet customers will be able to play at more than 500 land-based and online gaming establishments without having to re-register accounts.
“As consumers are increasingly preferring digital services and solutions, the demand for igaming is growing as well,” said Global Payments Gaming Solutions President Christopher Justice in a statement. “Through the implementation of our igaming solutions, Carousel Group can tap a multi-channel approach to provide patrons with the flexibility to game from any location they operate in.”
MaximBet currently operates in Colorado and has market access in Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. The company is associated with the men’s lifestyle brand Maxim.
As part of its launch in Colorado in September, MaximBet offered NIL (name, image, likeness) contracts to every female student-athlete over 21 in the state, no matter the collegiate division.
Billing itself as the first true lifestyle sports-betting brand, MaximBet members also can earn rewards that include racing a Bugatti on a private racetrack and ringside seats at boxing matches.
