The casino will reopen at 10 a.m. Aug. 7. An invitation-only event is slated to take place before the public reopening, representatives said in a statement. The site’s amenity offerings are expected to be limited and additional venues, including the hotel and spa, will open later. Capacity is capped at 15%, per state rules.
