MGM Studios exec to deliver keynote for industry-first hospitality conference at ICE VOX 2020 Deke Castleman, CDC Gaming Reports · January 17, 2020 at 12:56 pm Reflecting the gaming industry’s increased investment in hospitality, Robert Marick, executive vice president of Global Consumer Products & Experiences at MGM Studios, will deliver the keynote address at the first-ever Hospitality Technology conference at ICE VOX 2020 (February 3-4 at ExCeL London, the preliminary meeting before ICE London on February 4-6). The comprehensive ICE VOX agenda will explore the biggest issues in global gaming and Marick’s speech, titled “Gaming Reinvented: Next Generation Guide to an Entertaining Gaming Experience,” will focus on how storytelling and experiential entertainment can work to evolve the relationship between gambling and young consumers coming into the market. Marick’s ICE VOX presentation will examine what drives consumers to spend more on their experiences and how they connect with brands through entertainment.
