New York: Casino conspiracy draws troopers’ scrutiny The Times-Union · October 9, 2019 at 10:24 pm A 32-year-old who allegedly worked with a dealer to place late bets at Del Lago Casino in Waterloo is among the people State Police say they need the public’s help finding as part of their Warrant Wednesday effort to catch fugitives. Terrance Odum, 32, is wanted by State Police on charges of grand larceny, gaming fraud and conspiracy. State Police say the Odum worked with a dealer to place bets 15 times after the deadline to place wagers. Troopers said surveillance footage confirmed the assistant of the dealer. It is unclear if the dealer has been charged or when the alleged crimes took place.
