20 JUNE 2021 – LEIDEN, THE NETHERLANDS – Data science firm, ReelMetrics BV, announced today that it has entered a formal subscription agreement for its ReelMetrics Pro service with Wynn MA, LLC covering its Encore Boston Harbor facility in Everett, Massachusetts.

“It’s with immense pride that we announce this transaction with Encore Boston Harbor,” stated Tim Warrner, Director of North American Sales at ReelMetrics. “What began as a downtime exploration of our ReelMetrics Basic plan has culminated in strategic embrace & conversion to ReelMetrics Pro. We’re delighted with the outcome and look forward to helping Encore Boston Harbor attack the post-pandemic landscape with incremental insight & efficiency.”

“We’re always looking for ways to refresh our product and give our guests the most sought-after experience,” stated CJ Landau, Director of Slots at Encore Boston Harbor. “ReelMetrics combines every simple and complex performance metric and makes them easy to decipher. To see what works, what doesn’t, why it doesn’t, and what might work better, (all at the click of a button) has been a huge time saver. I love being able to predict performance, lifecycle, and player adoption time of new product based on Pan-Industrial data.” Landau continued, “The integration is simple, upkeep minimal, and support/training is done by those who have worked in the Slot Performance field. We have used ReelMetrics to help guide decisions on conversions, purchases, sales, game retention, and all areas of slot performance. It’s a key factor in our development of the long-term vision of our slot floor.”

Jenny Holaday, Encore Boston Harbor’s Executive Vice President of Operations, added, “ReelMetrics has eliminated all guesswork from our slot placement decisions.  It’s a really affordable insurance policy on some of the resort’s largest purchases.”
