Southeast casino, Wynn lawsuit on Massachusetts Gaming Commission agenda Colin A. Young, State House News Service · January 22, 2019 at 8:01 pm The possibility of a third resort casino will be on the table Thursday when state officials meet to discuss how they might move forward with re-starting the bidding process for the southeastern Massachusetts casino license. Massachusetts Gaming Commission Executive Director Edward Bedrosian is expected to brief the commission on options for moving ahead in Region C, the commission’s name for the southeastern part of the state. Last year, the commission published questions related to Region C and the broader world of gaming. In December, Bedrosian gave commissioners the responses to the questions and told commissioners to review them over the holidays. “We can come back in January and talk about what a process for re-evaluating Region C would look like,” Bedrosian said in December.
