Stadtcasino Baden Group already holds 50 per cent of the shares in the Gamanza Group via Grand Casino Baden AG, which was founded by the Swedish iGaming entrepreneur Magnus Lindberg.

The group develops and sells software that forms the technological basis for operating an online casino. This includes the platform (“Player Account Management System”), which manages the accounts of online players.
