Ontario-based gaming optimization and business intelligence software developer and provider Tangam Systems has partnered with Caesars Entertainment to help the gaming giant identify trends among its table games.

By utilizing the software program Table Games Yield Management, or TYM, Caesars properties can now optimize the guest experience by forecasting player demand, staffing needs on the casino floor, table spreads and pricing.
Earlier this year, Caesars Entertainment launched a multi-property pilot program across its empire to see how real-time data can further maximize its gaming offerings. Since implementation, Caesars has seen a significant decrease in the time it takes to make business decisions on the casino floor and discovers ways to better align product offerings with customer needs.
Tangam’s software automatically analyzes gaming data to provide actionable recommendations to align game-mix, table spreads, and pricing to forecasted and real-time patron demand.
