Through a variety of solutions for analyzing data, VizExplorer unveiled ways for the casino industry to better understand how they can mobilize and interpret their own data, providing a better experience for their guests.
VIzExplorer Vice President of Sales Fivos Polymniou said a team of operational intelligence experts and data scientists are involved in the process.
“We’re taking the data from a number of sources, (it) could be a casino management system, a hotel system, CRM and so on,” Polymniou said during the recent ICE London gaming conference. “We then replicate that data. We don’t write back to the system or alter it in any way, and we then populate our VIZ software packages.”
Among the packages are FloorViz, which analyzes the slot machine floor, CampaignViz covers player management and interaction, and TechViz oversees technical issues within a casino.
“We interact with operators to create specific actions or events, such as technical calls,” he said. “We have a smartphone application which enables you to schedule a VIP Host and pass information to them to make that interaction more effective.”
Polymniou said visualization was at the heart of their service, which measures three different parameters at the same time, such as theoretical win, occupancy, and perceived performance.
