Wynn Las Vegas reopens five of its restaurants beginning Friday, May 29. The Italian Allegro, three-meal Jardin, seafood-forward Lakeside, Japanese Mizumi, and SW Steakhouse reopen with new three-course, prix fixe menus, some al fresco dining, and wine and cocktail pairings. “The reopening of these restaurants is a positive and crucial step towards the complete reopening of our resort,” president of Wynn Las Vegas Marilyn Spiegel says in a press statement. Gov. Steve Sisolak closed all nonessential businesses including casinos on March 17. Right now, Nevada is in phase one of reopening, with dine-in restaurants, including some within casinos, permitted to reopen with restrictions.
