WynnBet launches sports betting in Tennessee

WynnBET went live in Tennessee over the weekend, marking the sixth state for the casino and sports betting app.

WynnBET, which launched last year, is operated by Las Vegas-based Wynn Resorts, is currently live in New Jersey, Colorado, Michigan, Virginia, and Indiana.

The company also has market access opportunities in Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, which are subject to both licensing and regulatory approvals as well as legalization in three of the states.

WynnBET said it opened its mobile sportsbook in Tennessee on Friday following approval from the Sports Wagering Committee of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Also, a previously announced marketing collaboration between WynnBET and the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies kick-off during home games May 10-14 at the FedExForum. The event includes the debut of the WynnBET touring vehicle, a custom-built mobile experience that travels the country hosting exclusive events and special appearances.

Ongoing, WynnBET and the Grizzlies will focus on a digital-first approach, with WynnBET integrations across an array of digital and broadcast programs from the Grizzlies and Grind City Media, an on-demand media platform and digital content studio.

WynnBET, which is headquartered in New Jersey, also has a partnership with the NBA’s Detroit Pistons.
